What we believe
- Professionally managed inventory is a different product from consumer home-sharing — different quality floor, different liability profile, different traveler experience. Our entire catalog is professionally managed.
- Private distribution is healthier for everyone in the chain. Property managers get demand that is designed to be additive. Partners get inventory matched to their channel. Travelers get curated, quality-checked options without the friction of public-OTA shopping.
- A hotel-format API removes the integration tax that has historically kept corporate and benefit-program portals from offering vacation rentals at all.
How we are different
We do not run public consumer marketing. We do not sell direct to travelers. Every booking we deliver comes from inside a private partner channel — and that constraint is the source of our value to both supply and demand sides.
