If you have a reservation booked through one of our partner travel portals, you have the fastest path to help in your reservation confirmation — please check there first.

Where to look first

Your reservation confirmation includes the support team that owns your booking — that is the right place to start, whether you need to modify your stay, request something on arrival, or report an issue during the stay. Sojourn does not sell directly to travelers, so the confirmation routes through the partner travel program you booked with.
