This page sets out the terms that govern your use of sojournapi.com and any pages, content, or features made available through it (the “Site”). The Site is a marketing and informational website operated by Sojourn API, LLC (“Sojourn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site is not a booking platform and does not facilitate transactions between travelers and property managers. Bookings made through Sojourn’s partner travel portals are governed by separate terms; see Section 9 below.
By accessing the Site you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Permitted Use
You may access and view the content on the Site for your own informational, evaluation, or business-development purposes — including learning about Sojourn’s services, considering a relationship with Sojourn as a property manager or distribution partner, or reaching us through our contact channels.

You agree not to:
- Use any automated means to access, scrape, harvest, or extract content from the Site.
- Use the Site or its content to develop, train, or improve any machine learning, language, or recommendation model.
- Frame, mirror, republish, or commercially redistribute any portion of the Site.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any software made available through the Site.
- Use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with another party’s use of the Site.
- Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, layouts, software, and the Site’s overall design — is owned by Sojourn or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use Sojourn’s intellectual property except as expressly permitted under these Website Terms of Use.
“Sojourn,” the Sojourn logo, and other Sojourn names and marks are trademarks of Sojourn. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Information You Submit to Us
If you contact us through the Site or submit information through a form, an email link, or any onboarding channel, our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to share it, and that doing so does not violate any third party’s rights.
Sojourn is under no obligation to respond to or act on any inquiry submitted through the Site. Submitting information does not create any contractual, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Sojourn.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. Sojourn does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site or resource. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
No Warranty
The Site and all content on the Site are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Sojourn makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sojourn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sojourn and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if Sojourn has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Sojourn’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (\$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sojourn and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site in violation of these Website Terms of Use or any applicable law.
Bookings and Other Sojourn Services
The Site is informational. It does not constitute an offer to enter into any agreement and does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship between you and Sojourn. Specific commercial arrangements — including any property-manager onboarding agreement, distribution-partner integration agreement, or traveler booking through one of Sojourn’s partner travel portals — are governed by separate written agreements or terms applicable to those arrangements.
Travelers who book vacation-rental stays through a Sojourn partner travel portal should consult the booking terms made available through the portal where the booking is placed. Sojourn’s portal terms are available at portal.sojournapi.com/terms-and-conditions/.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Website Terms of Use by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
Changes to These Terms
Sojourn may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time you access it controls. Your continued use of the Site after we post an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising out of or related to these Website Terms of Use or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
